You only can if:
Your username is inappropriate
Your username gives away personal information
Your username gives you gender dysphoria.

Unless your name is “Master” “Fist” of “Bunp” in real life, you can’t change your username.

You can't change your username by yourself. The Scratch Team can change it if you request through Contact Us.

However, they only do so under very rare circumstances: if your username violates the ToS, Community Guidelines, or is inappropriate in some way; causes gender dysphoria (e.g. if your username is Gamer_Boy but you identify as a girl); or contains personal information (such as your home address, date of birth, etc.), it might be changed. Reasons such as “I don't like my current username” are not accepted.

You can also create a new account and pick a new username.
