Gocha Gocha Urusee I think might be a mispronounciation
of Urasai (Shut up, rudely) I'm not sure what Gocha is
Edit: Google Translate says “It's so loud” but it's Google translate so take it with a pinch of salt
Gocha Gocha is a mess or a jumble (I think?) and Urusai is Noisy so she's basically saying that their words are a noisy mess and to shut up
apologies I'm a bit annoying when jt comes to these things

And yeah, this is true, considering that Rin is saying "There's one, there's two“ etc. Also, I have read through the definition of ”Gocha Gocha Uressee,“ it's a bit of a rough translation, it's not exactly what I mentioned. It is also stated as ”Shut up with your complaints" so that does go better with what you said. It's a little complicated when it comes to this specific sentence. But thank you so much for trying to highlight what I said correctly and helping with mine and others' knowledge! ^^
