I'm on a PC and have tried everything I can. Copy & Pasting doesn't work for Scratch, and the share feature doesn't work, any suggesttions?

While this most likely is the least efficient method, you can record the music in full, then use a sound extractor (looking one up on google usually works) to convert it into an Mp3 that’s compatible with Scratch.

I assume you want to upload a youtube audio file. If you want to just make a link, use scratch.mit.edu/discuss/youtube/

You can find a YouTube to mp3 downloader (beware of viruses) on the internet. That's your best bet.

Yes. Was about to suggest this - this is by far the best tool that i've found to easily download content from various social media.

Of course, any old ytmp3 site would work fine (as long as you make sure they arent sketchy viruses)

I really don't know. I have one idea: play it on another device, then use the sound record on Scratch to record the sound.

Although they have stated that they don't know for sure what the best way to do it is, Saying that they aren't contributing at all is kinda harsh. They imposed a solution that would likely work: playing it on another device and using sound record on Scratch to record it.

On another note keep in mind that most Youtube to mp3 websites are very sketchy and are technically against Youtube ToS I think. My 2 recommendations however are the already mentioned cobalt.tools (I haven't personally used it myself but I have heard a lot of praise; it also doesn't appear to have popups) and mediahuman, which I have used a lot in the past and works like a charm.
