No, based off of the rest of the post here, it's not. This song was a Vevo link, based off of other post. Vevos will have a warning abot explicit lyrics.

I probably wouldn't risk using the song. If one finds it catchy, they might decide to search it via the Internet, and thus find out what the song's actual lyrics are.

I agree, but that’s not how Scratch works - they allow you to use inappropriate songs as long as you censor the proper lyrics.
