Copyright marks / Trademarks
If remixing doesn’t work, maybe get a trademark or a copyright mark, that way, if they steal your projects and you have a trademark/ copyright mark, they get their project deleted or give copyright strike with 3 getting deleted however they can make another account.
How they can get a trademark?
If you want a trademark, you can email ST or contact ST if you want a project to get a trademark which can be this: ™️ or for copyright ©️
If ST wants to, they can add the discuss scratch or a studio for a trademark, and please make it free because it’s a non-profit organisation.
Hope you agree with this suggestion if you don’t like it remixed!
THERES A CATCH! ⚠️
New Scratchers or scratchers who struggle to code cannot be benefitted without remixes, making it harder for them. But it’s their choice unfortunately.
Here’s some motivation if that happens: One day, you will get to code well, remixes take longer to master your coding on scratch.

This goes completely against Scratch's philosophy, as all projects are released under Creative Commons.

3.2 Disable remixing or censor minor remixesThis is rejected. Click here for the list of all rejected suggestions.
One of the most important ideas of Scratch is the share aspect. Scratch is a website not only for displaying your work, but also for sharing it with others, and by posting your project on the Scratch website you agree to allow others to remix your work. You are not allowed to write “Do not remix this project” in the Notes and Credits of your project; you may get alerted for this, because it discourages remixing. This suggestion extends to the ability to require permission to remix a project, as you have already given permission to others to use your creations by sharing a project on Scratch; for more information, see this post.

What I mean by is trademarks or copyright, I know it can’t benefit for some but hard work is lost otherwise.

You automatically have copyrights over any of your own works, however you forfeit control over them when you share a project - all projects shared on Scratch are licensed through Scratch under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license. (see TOU 4.3)
And trademarks don't work like that - they're for things like logos, names, etc. Not for things like Scratch projects.
Also, as was said above, this is rejected.

They do not recommend 2.0 anymore. If you believe someone has remixed your project without contributing, you can report it. You can also do the same if someone has reuploaded your project/content without credit.
When you sign up to Scratch you agree that anything you upload on the site can be remixed by other Scratchers (so long as they give credit), as mentioned in the terms of use and community guidelines

Terms of use - User generated content and licensing
4.3 All user-generated content you submit to Scratch is licensed to and through Scratch under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license. This allows others to view and remix your content. This license also allows the Scratch Team to display, distribute, and reproduce your content on the Scratch website, through social media channels, and elsewhere. If you do not want to license your content under this license, then do not share it on Scratch.
Community Guidelines - embrace remix cultureAllowing users to copyright strike others for using their content would not be something that embraces remix culture. This also seems like disabling remixing, which as mentioned in #3 is rejected
when you share something on Scratch, you are giving permission to all Scratchers to use your work in their creations, too.

All Scratch projects use a license, this license is the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license. Idk what Creative Commons mean
Here is some information about it:
If you do not want to license your content under this license, then do not share it on Scratch. Therefore, Scratch projects cannot have copyright, they are 4.3 All user-generated content you submit to Scratch is licensed to and through Scratch under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license. This allows others to view and remix your content. Although, you should know that projects which are exact copies of another project, without any meaningful change made, that can be reported.
