I'm going with C even though that's a letter, because if you meant in hex 0xF is too big and dunno if F is a programming language (at any rate C's more obvious), and it's probably not D though that'd be possible if you meant the 3rd letter 0-indexed

I know F# exists, but not “F”.

Good on linux, very fast, but microsoft ruined it, and now windows app development is a mess.
Probably applies to a lot of things… just C maybe?
C/C++. Why doesn't microsoft at least support some of POSIX, I understand if the kernel can't support fork() or something, but there are so many things you have to do just a little bit different that makes cross-platform code hard. The sheer number of steps you have to do to do basic things because winapi is a mess. Also the stupid typedefs that nobody asked for.

Fun fact: windows used to be POSIX compliant (around the win2000 era)

Pretty much.

Here's a worse one:
“The language exists. That's all I can say.”

Can’t do anything without packages. So simple that kids can use it, except major companies also use it.

yes (And yes, I know Lua is used in more places than just Roblox.)
