Anyways, if she refuses, you can tell her that she can't be helped if she refuses to trust you. If she still doesn't trust you, try another time, when she's in a good mood.

I found it but it has a passcode I remember it but she changed it it was (not telling you) but now its a 6 number long passcode I tried to unlock the phone with the old passcode but it has passed 48 hours

It's probably best not to use your sister's stuff without her permission, and it's probably best not to try to find items taken away by your parents.

When your sister is allowed to use her iPad again, ask her to try signing in again, then see if you can take a screenshot and upload it here.

First and foremost, you are in no way obliged to try and get her bug fixed. She is refusing to let you help her. By changing her password and refusing to let you use it, even for such well-intentioned purposes, she is trying to stop you from doing so.

Try to talk to her, especially about the teen thing. Let her know that you are trustworthy and that she herself was/will become a teenager. It doesn't have to be a deep conversation, it could just be, ‘Hey sis, I’m rnot untrustworthy just because I'm (age). You will be a teenager too at some point, so yes, I am just as trustworthy as I was a couple of years ago, so you might wanna let me ask the community to help fix the bug.'

She could be striving for independence, and thus doesn't want you to help her. It might hurt, but it's possible, and that's why it's good to talk to someone.
