====================================================================================================================First time making a topic! Cool! Anyways, yk what's not cool? NOT BEING ABLE TO OPEN ANY PROJECTS!!!

I'm not sure why but ever since I got my old chromebook back after using a replacement one because I broke mine, there's been this weird bug where whenever I open a project on scratch it would just say “oops! something went wrong.” this even happens when I go inside the project or even when I make a new one, it just doesn't load and keeps saying “creating project”.

I searched it up and this seems to be only happening to me since I haven't seen anything about my problem! So I know this has to be because I got my old Chromebook back possibly, so can anyone help me! Because there's no point of scratch if you can't even look or make projects! I've tried everything, disconnecting and reconnecting with my WIFI, shutting down my Chromebook, logging in and out of my account, and so far the only thing I can do is power wash my chromebook, which I would rather NOT do!

I've gotten so desperate I'm discussing this bug and making a topic for the first time!! So please, HEEEELP!!!!!!!!

Is the project too big? The file size limit for a project is 50 megabytes

I know it's not the project's size because this happens for EVERY single project I open! I even opened a project that doesn't even have any codes or sprites in it, and yet it still has the same problem!

There is not a hard limit of 50 megabytes.
Instead, every asset (costume, backdrop, sound) must be under 10 megabytes and the project.json (which stores the code) must be under 5 megabytes.
But you could have an indefinite number of assets, as long as they were under 10 megabytes

Does it happen on different devices or web browsers as well? Or is it specific to the browser/device you use?

Then it might be restrictions on the Chromebook.

Situation just got worse. After doing a bunch of random stuff that could help me, I eventually decided I had to Powerwash my Chromebook! And now, I’m typing all of this on my phone, cuz after all of that, I ended up having scratch BLOCKED on my Chromebook! Hip, hip, hooray! I hate my life!!
