scratch isnt made for tablets/phones, its made for computers.

Yes. But no. Scratch is designed for computers but the offline APP though is also on android devices with the android version being the ONLY mobile version of the app.

bro. i’m on an ipad mini 5 ipad os 17., and scratch works fine for me. in fact, scratcj is being made for computers and tablets.

They used Flash for scratch2, and since the forums are technically still scratch2 they have that.
