Have USB controllers added to extensions
Just go into the web browser and map the keys to the controller. It’s that easy why did you even need to make this form because there’s already tutorials? Are you referring to the Makey Makey extension? As far as I know, this doesn't work for USB controllers. This feature is accessible with the forbidden add-on and Turbowarp, but this should be included in vanilla Scratch.

This is Scratch. It ain’t TurboWarp. Just cuz TurboWarp has something doesn’t mean Scratch shouldn’t. It’s a QOL feature that ain’t that tough to implement.

Hi guys, I just don't know much about this community so is there already any controller support implemented? If need, I could help something with JavaScript or what is needed to use, I'm gonna read this forum now.
It would be good to implement controller support. At first, in the previous summer/autumn I was a little skeptical about the need of this because there is controller-keyboard remapping software. Now I tried playing on a controller and how is it good! I will have one myself soon, mainly I play car/another vehicle simulation games/driving because that is the thing I kind of enjoy.
Anybody can re-introduce me to the controller support creator community?
Thank you so much if you actually cared about what I wrote and read all of this!
Goodbye,

Not to be rude, but the PenguinMod website states that you shouldn't bring it up on Scratch, so I will have to report to remove the link.oh here: https://studio.penguinmod.com then click on extentions, select turbowarp and search for the extentionjust go to Turbowarp. It has that. So, we don't need a WHOLE discussion. What about schools that block it? What about people who don’t know about it? What if people wanna add it natively?

Why doesn't scratch see this forum when it came out in 2018? (or whenever it came out from a long time???) This is a forum of like minimum 100 pgs. Should be noticeable to the Scratch Team.

Also, I've popped back up here. I've gotten back into the forums again, so I thought I'd say a response.

Should be noticeable to the Scratch Team. They know this suggestion exists. Look at 2.7 on The Official List of Rejected Suggestions. It links to this topic, and TOLORS is cited by many Scratch Team members, meaning a good few of them likely have read the list before. Furthermore, TOLORS was made by an ex-ST member (Za-Chary).
As for why this suggestion isn't implemented yet, the Scratch Team has a ton of other stuff to do. They've been working on server maintenance for a while, and dark mode has been in the works for 3/4 years, as well as a ton of other stuff I don't know about.

I think if Scratch were to do this. It would probly be a connect thingy, like wireless head phones. it checks for nearby conmtrollers to connect with, in a 5 yard radius or something
