according to TOLORS most scratch features were suggestions.

This suggestion comes up from time to time. And it is rejected.

When we have more engineering resources, hopefully we can implement more suggestions that would actually benefit Scratch and fit the Scratch design goals. Until then, it's helpful to continue to gather feedback from the community.
