Also, I do not remember, but I think the user’s last post was in like 2021/2022

I don't think ocular has a database with post counts.

ScratchDB, the database that this relies on, is broken, and therefore so is postpercent.

scratchdb no longer offers the data postpercent uses so you'd have to remake scratchdb somehow
