I grinded Infinite Craft on there and I had a lot of first discoveries and now I can't access my progress anymore

Hm, so kids (1st graders) these days still use Ipads in school. Interesting…an ipadmy school uses ipads for everyone 2nd grade and younger. me being in 5th grade with a 1st grade half-brother, he gets ipads and i get chromebooks
our school uses

I swear I thought Chromebooks were school only devices until I had the misfortune of owning a Hinge Problems Chromebook 4 years ago. The thing was so fragile it was pretty much unusable within 4 months (it has a screen that only works at an uncomfortable angle and a messed up trackpad).
But why they gotta make special Chromebooks for schools with only 2GB of storage?

I swear I thought Chromebooks were school only devices until I had the misfortune of owning a Hinge Problems Chromebook 4 years ago. The thing was so fragile it was pretty much unusable within 4 months (it has a screen that only works at an uncomfortable angle and a messed up trackpad).Because they're super cheap. During the pandemic, schools couldn't afford Windows or Macbook laptops so they gave Chromebooks which were a lot less expensive. Windows and Macbooks cost a lot of money, but usually, Macbooks are really expensive. Chromebooks cost only a couple hundred bucks at most.
But why they gotta make special Chromebooks for schools with only 2GB of storage?

edit: now my SCHOOL chromebook is kinda mid. (i'm a semi-sheltered kid and idk how to use “mid” so here we go) I have a ton of screenshots/images saved cuz i have like no access to my home chromebook most of the time so that might be why it's so slow. i also have 2 desks open. one for games and one for work (more like saved groups for pretty much everything)

My whole city's public schools has all of YouTube without comments. They used to have an adblocker but YouTube would still show us ads and not let us watch the video, it would just be a repeat button for the adsmy school just blocked YT shorts a few days agomy school has yt shorts without comments

I still have YouTube but for some reason comments show up, but when I refresh it, it says “Restricted Mode has comments hidden” so I guess it’s just meMy whole city's public schools has all of YouTube without comments.
