My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Firefox 126.0, No Flash versions detected

In a project that has extensions (such as this one: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/511241862/editor ), if you go into the editor and go to File > New (Project), it will create a new project that has the exact same extensions, even if you haven't added them.

Can replicate (so I'm guessing it has only Text to Speech)

I have confirmed that this happens with all extensions, and you can try it yourself by making a new project from the editor of this project:

Yea, I meant the project though that you linked, and still happens.
