It's a horror game. Just wondering if we're allowed to talk about the appropriate parts of the game?
It's a game imitating Bonzi Buddy which was a virus from the early 2000s. No it's not a real virus.

I mean, Ive asked about if we can make projects related to “Pretty Blood” which is a gory webseries, but just include the appropriate things in it.

Hooni also likes things like cars, Pretty Blood, Pokemon, and a lot of other stuff. He usually dosent care what other people think about him, and he usually is a bit passive agressive at times.

You can mention it, just not certain scenes, such as the body scene.
I believe the most terrifying part about it is the implication of going back through time, or losing a World Wide Web. The added horror elements are just the frosting on the cake. So it should be fine.

If I remember correctly, KinitoPET is not an actual virus, but imitates a real virus from the 2000s. The game is available on a site on which it’s nearly impossible to put a virus.

i've never heard of kinitopet up until this post was made, so i haven't experienced it for myself. but generally when these sorts of questions come up, the best thing to remember is this phrase from the official list of rejected suggestions, and this phrase from the announcement regarding five nights at freddy's projects:
