Same when I was reading over it for grammar mistakes. Which I did not make any surprisingly.

Staff is anyone who is above a lead in the “food chain”. So ask staff for stuff that you'd normally ask a lead since you don't currently have one.

Um… the quote is from Superman i think and then I found it in Ready Player One (the best movie of all time)

It basically means “one man's trash is another man's treasure” i think or it's “big things come in small packages”. it's hard to explain

Hot take the book was ten times better

I can imagine why..
if books had movie ratings, that one would be rated R

Why?

Position: Level designer AND/OR Game designer, Storyline designer (siderole?)
Hello, moigam and other staff. I'd like to be a designer in Advanced Alpha games. I have lots of experiece on gameplay mechanics and difficulties, and something quite fun could be born via my hands. I like designing, that's the point. I also nearly have an addiction towards solving and making backstories. I could also be made a game designer, if it involves storymaking and not that much of ideas about a new game to be started. A storyline designer could be a new siderole, if you'd be so kind.
About my activity, I have 12 people in my family, so I might have some bigger things to do every now and then. Also there's school. I can work for maybe one to three or four times a week, for between 30 minutes and two and a half hours a day. Mondays and sundays are occupied (ALMOST always). Also I have several other projects on my own, and there are the alt accounts.
About level designing, I'd say I'm very creative. I can work in themed levels' gameplay, and I also can make up the best of many things, like the theme of the level and the upgrades and tools you have gained in the game during your journey. For games to be born, I don't have almost any original ideas, but I would still fit into the game designer role, because of my knowledge on themes and backstories, games themself and because of all the ideas up my sleeve. Storylines, in the other hand, have been close to my heart. I can make up a really much sense making backstory for a mysterious and otherwise unexplainable thing. I can help making games where the backstory can be found via several hints scattered around the game.
For the level designing, I don't have a way to show my skill, but you should still check out my game and you'll see that in the calls that come, there are many things that bring explanation to the backstory, but also leave something open for the sequel. The game is named Five Nights With Thomas, and it proves my game design (even though it's a fan game).
You might also see from the game that I'm talented in other things at Scratch, not to brag or anything.
For “notes”, I'll just tell why I'd not like to be in any other team. If I was put into the programming team, I'd have lots of difficulties to get anything done because of the many coders there. (I just am like that, even though I'm good in messages, clones and especially lists and variables.) I'd also want to say that I HATE being in the artist's job. You can guess how much pain I had in the progress of making the art for FNWT (Five Nights With Thomas, if you didn't notice). Scratch's art designing isn't the easiest due to imported images being in bitmap (bad bitmap) and the costume editor is a little… difficult. About putting me to the sound team, I can make music and I'm a “god” at playing the piano and knowing the chords and progressions, but I can only make good music when I visit one of my friends, which happens… Once in a week, maybe. Testing team would be good for me, but the level designer of course tests their levels, probably good enough. Also you have a tester already, even though I'd not be that sad if I was moved there. Marketing lead is just a pure “nope” for me. I'm unknown and 13 years old, so I don't think I know that much of stuff about ads.
For external experience to show, I'd mention my alternate accounts. I forgot to tell what other good projects I have at there. At ES3200pro, which is shared between me and my cousin Pieto11, I have Potion madness (No backstory because of a game contest participation and the deadline, and also the game is made only by me), at The_Number_God (just my alt) there's Numbers from 0 to Ω (Boring because no good music found), at mirokars (made by my friend, his official account) I have TAS Emulator (only 1.0 yet and also made alone by me), and lastly I have a YouTube channel TadpoleAnimations and a video Tadpoles ep 1, because of which my pfp is one of my tadpoles (Please don't make me an animator, reasons listed above.) I also am on NG (newgrnds, can't write properly bc autodetect) by the name FiveNightsWithThomas, but there I just make some music (not good for sounds roles because of the reasons listed up there).
I have previous experience of Scratch for almost half of my lifetime (6 years), and about storymaking, I worked on FNWT for two years mainly because I was constantly getting better at putting more sense to the lore and other stuff in the game. Now, because of that, I'm having tons of problems with FNWT 2 because I had started designing it in the age of, like, 9 to 10. My IRL novels (there's two fictional ones coming up) have a total of 27 pages, and if you add my the-book-with-writings-that-make-no-sense-but-are-still-fun-to-read, it adds up to 117. That said, I have experience on writing, so I also have great communicating, if I listen to my family.
I'm eating dinner now.
OK, where was I? Time for the external form's things. If chosen: Designer:
Exact position is both Game and Level designer. I'd be happy if you'd make me a small siderole titled “Storyline designer”, as I said above. The reasons for everything mentioned are listed way up.
I have no defined scale to tell what “level” I design at, but I'd say I'm pretty high. I have lots of experience, and my inner past is always there to remind and/or tell me what makes sense and what not, what seems good and what not, what ideas I've had and what I haven't used yet, what I failed in before and what I got just perfect, how I designed 175 achievements and which 161 were actually good, how I made 301 objects to find in a game and what was wrong in all of them, where I completely messed up in designing an armor progression and what epic subjects and names I've made for weapons, how I've ran out of ideas and how I've fixed all the problems and bugs, what things have caused me lose motivation and where are the things to get it back, what papers I've thrown away and where the good plans are stored etc. etc. etc. etc. The six years have done their job.
I'm familiar with all the things that I design for games that won't be made. I can easily remember all the mechanics to use and make pretty hard puzzles, if you talk about level designing, and about game design, I NEED to get to work on all the things that are at least a bit like upgrades, items, materials, tools, accessory, equipment, enemies, resource gaining, enchantments, secret routes, secrets overall, easter eggs, bossfights and stuff like that. Also there's ACHIEVEMENTS. If you don't give me achievements to make even though there would be them in the game, I'll quit- umm, I'll destroy-… … …Uh, I'll be very, VERY sad.… … … … … …Umm, sorry for my aggression, but who would design the achievements and their trees other than the game designer? (I can't imagine who else could be the one.) I was - and am - making a game named “The game about Achievements”, and you get the context. I have great sense on them, and I'm kind of in love in just designing them for games that'll never be born (what an utopia for me when the game actually gets to exist).
I design a thing until that game's part is good or almost complete, where it's too late to make up anything. Basically, if I like the game idea, I can spend tens of IRL hours with a pencil and my notebook and/or paper.

Overall, I hope you'll accept me as one of the more advanced scratchers in the community, just like your studio's other people. All of the self-praising in this writing is there because this is an application.
I gained motivation to write this script, because I'm now in the highest place I've ever standed. Being in a role as important as this and in a group as advanced as this but still in a site as known as this and in a community as large as this, it all gives me the true, incredible chills to belong an actual studio. I love AAGS, because you accept me and there are people just like me here. Scratch is totally a bigger thing for all of us, and I feel that I'm rising noticeably the first time in my life.
This moment means so much to me, especially with the music I'm listening to right now.

Thank you for reading this unnecessarily long writing and giving me the happiness I've waited for. Also thanks for praying for the servers.
