Are projects with remix rules allowed?

So I’ve seen a couple projects that have rules on like what you can do in a remix such as like
“Notify me if your gonna remix”
or
“No recolors”
Which doesn’t seem ok because it might discourage remixing.

So are these allowed?

Just ignore the rules. Scratch allows you to remix freely, so if they don’t want you to remix; they shouldn’t share it.
But as usual, make sure to change something (recolors are allowed I think).

Those should be reported; they are discouraging remixing.
