Fun Fact:
Did you know that there exists a train, which can play music? When building the Taurus/ES64U2 locomotive for the Austrian railways, Siemens thought of an easter egg they could hide, and came up with the singing train. It works like this: They modified the propulsion inverters (comparable with a power converter) to an extent, where they were capable of playing the Austrian national anthem. It was replaced with a Do-me-li note a few years after. Here is an video of it in action.

this reminds me of one of the pet simulator games on roblox
no specifics you can boil them all down into what this says

(blinkie and stamp by max dimo)
highlight the siggy then ctrl + shift + down to see the rest (or just shift + down, if your not a chrome user. if your on mobile, highlight the siggy and go down.)

Yup. The answer was Pet Simulator. You could have said a specific pet sim game like X or 99, but all pet simulator games are correct.
