Suggestions: I really like the quality of the artwork, and it really portrays what I was going for. The staff are really nice, they offer image hosting for the button and asked me if I wanted anything changed, which, in my opinion, definitely shows dedication to quality. You fit the deadline, so no complaints there. The only negative thing I have about your shop is that it's a really long first page and it takes some time to scroll down and find packages, order forms, and rules/TOS.

Reopened. One thing I observed while cleaning up: One of the kerfuffles that happened was due to a machine translator translating a username. So all this said:

1. Please be mindful that, while the main website is in English by default, the website is used by users around the world, including those who may not speak English as a primary language and children who may still be learning. Please be mindful of that going forwards.
2. There's nothing wrong with using a machine translator as an aid for communication, but please be honest and don't pretend to claim to fluently speak another language if it's not true. It's better to mention up front if you're using an aid to communicate (as well as posting the original text) so others can make a reasonable accommodation when communicating.
