You can do so on TurboWarp, which could do online games, and do HTTP requests (GET, POST, PATCH, etc.). The only reason why you can't do so within scratch is that it can bypass all limits for cloud variables which in-turn enable easy access to things that violate the Community Guidelines such as chatrooms.

Also, keep your idea on the original topic, as making multiple is generally frowned upon.
