I still can't verify what the 2.0 navigation bar hex code is and what I mean is the blue one that's in 2.0 pages.

I have an OC, named Й and it's like the letter from RALR but it has only 1 eye and the mouth has 2 tendrils.
My favorite color is red and my second favorite color is blue as you can see in the text.

This would lead to a new type of spam, one I would call:
Hex spam

It would be people spamming a message telling somebody to set the site's theme to a hex code that can lead to straining of the eyes. I know for lighter colors, a warning may appear. But the spam will still exist. And it will be very annoying.

New Idea : the customisation page is not affected by the website customisation itself, but there is a preview of how it would look with your current customisation settings. This should fix a lot of problems.
