Dont make the same topic twice, and you can remove extensions by not using any of the blocks, and it gets removed automatically.

The Extension Problem

You can delete all of the blocks of an extension to do this, though if you wanted to remove an extension that you already have blocks of, you have to get rid of all blocks. This actually was a feature in Scratch 2.0, but it got removed

:D: 2.0 is 11 years old https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1018259409/

Fun_Cupcake_i81: What, were you expecting not to see the utc - 12 thing again? THE UTC - 12 THIGN ALWAYS RETURNS. ALWAYS.
medians: I knew it would happen. I was the one who started it last year.
Fun_Cupcake_i81: Well then if you didn't want it back maybe you need to time travel to last year and fix that

Oh wait if you could time travel I think we all know exactly when you would go-

Don’t make the same topic twice, and don’t deny it, anyway, this

Don't worry about it - server lag causes this a lot. I've merged the two together so there is only one now.

Now - back on topic!

Please don't use big text, it adds nothing and comes across as arrogent

Wait, we’re at 900 million projects? So close to 1 billion projects uploaded to the server!

Hi! I'm qwertycodechamp90411. I'm most active on the suggestions forum and the help with scripts forum, because I like to help other people and improve scratch! I like to think I'm good at scratch, but there's a lot I don't know/understand (how on earth do scrolling platformers work lol). As a general rule of thumb, I should have the answer if it's math related, because I'm a very stereotypical nerd when it comes to math.

I had no idea this feature existed, it would be helpful if the ST announced this in some sort of tutorial about extensions, but a “Delete extension” button would be nice.

I shall

I know, I was just stating that this feature actually did exist.

Yea, it did. Extensions used to be in “More Blocks”, and you could click on the names of extensions, which would show this dropdown:

I feel like there's no way that this hasn't been a topic though, but yea.

I heard if there were monitors showing or sth (I don't remember exactly), then there is an issue where this occurs (which is why I think there should just be a delete button that removes all of the extension blocks [I believe that happens when you delete variables and lists in Scratch 3.0] and also prevents this), even though the blocks are missing. Though, I can't see for sure what is happening because the project isn't shared.
Edit: I found these:
