It doesn't always take exactly 2 weeks to become a Scratcher. You should probably wait a bit more, and you should get a message about becoming a Scratcher soon.

No, there's not much else you can do, unfortunately. If I were you, I would give it another week, and if you still aren't a Scratcher, then post again about this. Welcome to Scratch! Also, you might have missed it in your mailbox, so you want to be checking there for the invite.

you mean topic, right? if you’re looking on how to create a topic here’s how:
go to discussions home
find a category you think fits your topic (looking for game help = collaboration, broken script = help with scripts)
click “new topic”
name your topic and type what you need in the main textbox

You seem to not have had enough activity to become a Scratcher.. Make sure that your email's verified in your account settings. I would recommend following some more people, and overall being active on the website.
