How does the Scratch Team block/ban users?

Hi, I have a question regarding account blocks/bans. Now, when we get banned/blocked, we will see a page saying that you got banned/blocked. But one thing, what about the Scratch Team? Do they have a custom screen where they can ban users for a specified amount of time and take down projects? If you work for the Scratch team, please answer me.

Yes, Scratch Team members do have these abilities. It is accessible via a collapsible menu on the page. So for instance, if a Scratch Team member looks at someone's profile, it will look 99% the same as you would see it, aside from that collapsible menu.

It seems that an evil kumquat has eaten my profile picture and is now threatening to eat all of scratch, allowing the kumquat army to take over the world with their funny accents and foods made of oranges, (yes they're cannibals)
update: they've already eaten April fools ahhh

There is definitely a feature on Scratch where if you don't follow me, a penguin will come to your house and eat all your food and blow up your fridge.
