My project, AI Chatbot, of which I am very proud, has been unshared by the Scratch Team as it appears they believe that it contains a cloud chat function. I can say with 100% certainty that this project doesn’t have a cloud chat feature; it only allows you to chat with a list of prewritten responses the computer chooses by analysing what you said. In fact, the project doesn’t even contain any cloud lists or variables. This project was even on the front page under the curated section for a period of time, so if there was indeed an issue with my project, surely the Scratch Team would have noticed it then, not randomly take it down several years later.

I am no longer active on the website; this came to my attention when a younger family member who has started using the site tried to access my project and it wasn't there. As a result, I am not sure on how to proceed with an appeal to get my project restored. I have sent the Scratch Team a messsage, but they said they don't respond to every single one.

Any and all suggestions appreciated.

I have just realised that many remixes of my project with minimal modifications are still up (such as https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/254096881/ and https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/254166689/), even though the bulk of the code remains unchanged. I am very confused.

Thanks for your reply! I have already used the contact us form, this is the one that stated they may not be able to get back to me. Additionally, this does not appear to be the actions of a specific moderator, rather some sort of automated system.

When a project is taken down, it is always a human moderator doing it, not a bot/automated system.

Using contact us will take a while because of the sheer amount of messages the scratch team gets, but they will eventually get back to you.
