So, How you become a Scratcher is that you have to love and favorite, share many projects, and be online for maybe 2 weeks - 1 month.
Then, when you complete those tasks, check your profile and maybe you will see a invite that says “Become a Scratcher!”. Then click it, it will show you the Community Guidelines, and some stuff and then complete becoming a Scratcher.

It doesn't always take exactly 2 weeks to become a Scratcher. You should probably wait a bit more, and you should get a message about becoming a Scratcher soon.

Be active on scratch, I’ve done that and that helped me be a scratcher. Be active on scratch for a month, if possible.

No, there's not much else you can do, unfortunately. If I were you, I would give it another week, and if you still aren't a Scratcher, then post again about this. Welcome to Scratch! Also, you might have missed it in your mailbox, so you want to be checking there for the invite.
