this means to list the orders your shop has completed, at least 3 of them. These orders have to be from the shop you're trying to get into the federation.

If your shop is brand new, you probably don't have any orders. This specific federation requires 3 completed requests of people wanting stuff from your shop. Means you might have to wait a bit to actually join.

Well, I'd rather rotate a bit more than having RecessFailsOffical for every other review for those shops, but I can have them do it for either the Glow Shop’s next review or the second-to-next review for Ville de L'Art (Cool is doing their next review).
