They could still use an VPN or proxy to bypass ip, and getting 100 posts doesn't have to all be constructive, they could be in TIMaC or SaT/Collaborations, which can just be chatting.

nah, i reckon they're different, since the suggestion to remove the 5-day limit isn't rejected
