Shops – Section 1
1.0: Always be respectful to Scratchers
1.1: Make sure to read the Scratch Rules as well
1.2: If you are experiencing rude comments from Scratchers then report immediately
-1.2.1: If they continue to post rude comments then notify another employee
1.3 Everyone MUST follow the community guidelines
-1.3.1 If any shop is violating the community guidelines that shop will imedetly be removed
1.4: All shop owners must fill out the form to join even if it was an invite or not.
- 1.4.1: If this is not done, then the shop will not be accepted.
1.5: Your shop staff must be active at the Federation or else your shop will be removed
1.6: If your shop shows disrespect in anyway shape or form there shop will be removed instantly
- 1.6.1: This includes hate, bullying, swearing, trash talk, symbolas, etc.
- 1.6.2: Reporting will often be necessary.
1.7: No currency's are allowed if they do use currency's they will have to either get rid of it or not be in the federation
1.8: Only Owner/President of the shop has the final decision of joining the federation
-1.8.1: If they are Co-owner // VIP // VP consult to the shops owner to deny invites
-1.8.2: This does not apply if the owner has been offline for a very long time, no other way of contact, or cant make the decision.
1.9: When applying, codeword “Verse Out” is required in your application to show you read this. Please place it into a sentence or hide it well rather than leaving it on it's own, or you will not be accepted. You will Have to put 2 codewords in your appliction.
-1.9.1: We will know if you didnt read this because if your shop is less than 1 month old then your codeword is “Cardboard Pizza?”
-1.9.2: If your shop is more than 1 month but less than 2 months old then your codeword is “Out Of Unit”
-1.9.3: If your shop is more than 2 months old but less than 8 months old then your codeword is “Peaches”
-1.9.4: If your shop is more than 8 months old but less than 2 years old then your code word is “Unite With 2 no”
-1.9.5: If your shop is more than 2 years old then your codeword is “Viterion”
-1.9.6: If your shop is more than 2 years old you can choose 1 more codeword if you like to.
-1.9.7: The codeword can change with or without warning for any reason.
-1.9.8: No mentioning of the codeword is allowed except in applications showing the codeword in a sentence.
1.10: If a shop decides to leave the federation, they must state why.

Make sure to follow the order requirements that the customer asks
DO NOT POST ANYTHING INAPPROPRIATE OR YOU WILL BE REPORTED AND REMOVED FROM THE SHOP IMMEDIATELY
In the Order Form where it asks you if you read the Terms of Service, just say “yes" as there is no code word for orders.
Due to people sometimes not following the ToS, employess MUST respond with the phrase, “I understand ToS & Rules, if I fail to follow the terms I will not object from being swiftly removed from Shop'oVerse.”
When you take an order you MUST give the link to were the order is and put it in this studio also
EMPLOYEES: You are not allowed to take more time on a order then the requested order time like if it saids "Deadline: 1 week" and you take 2 weeks you will get a warning

Rules
Do not order when we are closed
Check if they filled out the form correctly
Use the retirement form if you are leaving/not coming online for a while like 1 1/2 weeks
Be kind
Take your time on orders
If you want to be staff, please use the forms.
More Work, Less chatting (unless there is nothing to do)
Featured Shops must be at least 2 weeks old
Might want to highlight everything
Wait 1 week before ordering again.
Codeword for HIRING is “unit”. Hide it.

Everyone competes for the ultimate reward. 1 wish, yup 1 wish I wonder what the possiblitys are? Well what is your choice? There are 3 different choices. 1. We help out with 25% of your orders. 2. The owner (GamerCboy_Extra) and 3 other employees sponsor your shop on there profile, forums signature, and on 1 project ad for at least 1 week but max time is 1 month and we get to choose how much time your shop is sponsored for the staffs profile. (But owner (GamerCboy_Extra) has to have it up for 1 month). 3. 1 boost in perk (1 time use only) you can boost one of the perks like the receive rewards perk when you join our shop!

Dont want to be competitive? You DONT need to be on the leaderboards or boards to get rewards and reviews! Just you will not be ranked agianst other shops but you will be ranked.

But how do the reviews work? The reviews happen every week, your goal is to get as close to 50 points as possible. You will be graded on your First Impressions, order speed, staff treatment, quality, and your style. Your style is like your template is messy and all over the place, or nice and clean.
And then you will get suggestions, and what you could do better. You will get a reward if you have: 10 points, 20 points, 30 points, 40 points, and 50 points.

What are the rewards? The rewards are packs, each pack comes with tips and tricks and project art stuff (like pallets, art, and full projects). But every month you get less work, we (as in our staff) do 10% of each shop's orders. So you guys don't get an overload! And we get more work to do so you guys do need to sweat.

We are constantly updating the log, so you might need to look at the log every week.
