so for “how to become a curator”, you can write something along those same lines just maybe cooler:
maybe copy-paste the curator form, and add like 1 sentence explaining what to do and 1 sentence explaining what kind of project to make, for those trying to make a project in order to join.

you could also optionally explain what the survey question is for (see https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/7870292/ ), but we might not have space for an explanation, so depends on how much space there is in the description.

I like codewords that vary person to person, that way it's hard to guess(and it goes on real well with the identity theme), so maybe something like having it be a word that you use to describe yourself?

I've added what people have written so far to the description (to see what it looks like when it's put together), feel free to still give feedback and adjustments until we're all happy with it.
I've kept everything basically the same as it was written, for now.

shortening it would probably be best because of the desc limit(and people are often spooked away by extra long descriptions)

studio thumbnail/s are Nora, Paladin, myself(?) and anyone else who wants to make one (we can change them throughout the month if we have more than one)
Ilex (plus maybe Nora & maybe Kaleido) might make matching autism-themed profile pictures for studio managers, or something along those lines (eg. a template, a colour palette, art requests, whatever they want to do)

Sawyer + @Explorer075 + non-autistic helpers + anyone who hasn't been active here will continue to be a manager but not contribute to the desc (but I've been checking with other managers via their profile comments if they wanted to contribute)
translations will be from Paladin (French) Eeveesans (Russian), the people we discussed earlier + whoever we can find, and one of us can make a translations studio if we have lots of translations (unstarted)

we want to try and get most of the description finished by this week (before 24 March).

This is what I've got for the history. (I'm not really sure if we are using identity-first only or a mix of terms. What I've typed can be changed.) I need to maybe shorten it, but for now, how's this?

In 1970, an organization known as Autism Society saw the need to raise public awareness on autism and provide support to autistic people. Because of this, the Autism Society founded Autism Awareness Month. Every April, Autism Awareness Month is celebrated to help educate others about autism.
Autism Acceptance Month was a different name later proposed by autistic advocates to change the negative images of autism sometimes shown in autism awareness media. The world may be aware of autism, but acceptance is needed too since there is still a lot of discrimination and bullying toward those on the spectrum. We need both because they work together.
To show your support, you can wear red on April 2nd (World Autism Awareness/Acceptance Day). Only by working together can we create more understanding about autism and help autistic people!

(i am working on a project to post asking for help with japanese translations, i am also commenting in japanese studios)

I've added it to the description but the description was too long so I've taken out the manager intros for now (I have them saved in my notes).

should we shorten the manager intros to just being name and pronouns again (and/or neurotype but like in 2 words rather than 20), or should we move them to somewhere else (project, forum post)?
or is there a different part of the description as it currently is that would be better shortened/moved?

you could try with just name and pronouns and see if that fits
