Make Student Accounts Not be Deleted Once the Class is Over

Support, this I exclusive to students, just bc the teacher doesn't realise it

I would be fuming if my class got ended, but it's 15 months old so I doubt it

Support, this is really annoying, exclusive and a waste of server space if projects are inaccessible.

I'm surprised St even added this, as it kinda breaks one of their rules, which is being exclusive

no support, people can abuse classes to take name snipes (bye bye 3 chars) if we let them go become a scratcher account they might do bad stuff…

if the scratch teams ends the class it would mean swift deletion for everyone, but the scratch team would have to punish account in the troll classroom on a case by case basis..

Hello! I would just like to say that I'm on a student account, and I'm still here for maybe a year and a half. One of my friend's accounts got deleted, and I agree with everyone else. ST shouldn't delete student profiles!
(Im pretty sure my teacher made it so we didn't have our accounts deleted, but that isnt the case for most people.)

I'm pretty sure they changed that, Teachers have to manually delete student accounts.
But the bad thing is, now we have random classes from 1-5yrs ago just floating around Scratch…

…I already went through the process of becoming a scratcher, you become a normal scratcher status during a class

I did some coding classes about 7 years ago and created an unpublished project, the only one I did there. When I try to login, I can’t! Full support!
