ITopic - What is or isn't ok to share on Scratch?
Next time, you should make your own topic instead can i post about child neglect? (gen)
Anyway, i wouldn’t think so, because child neglect may be a heavy subject for some.

ITopic - What is or isn't ok to share on Scratch?
Some people on Scratch have realised that there aren’t filters in other languages. For example, someone encountered a swear word in Chinese but it wasn’t blacklisted, as stated in a forum thread previously (I won’t show it here). Is this true, and if it is, will the blacklist be extended to other languages? Also, the Scratch Wiki states:
The censor technology sometimes causes problems in languages other than English. Swear words in those languages (unless spelled exactly the same as in English) are not censored. Also, censored words in English may have other meanings or be included in words in other languages.
