TBH I'm in the process of moving from Spotify to a mix of locally-stored MP3 files (downloaded from Bandcamp using a tool that I can only mention as "methods") and YouTube, because (ever since the layoff of Glenn McDonald) Spotify feels less like a music streaming service and more of a Top 100 slop streaming service.

That's just cause you listen to music that could possibly have any realtion to top 100 slop
Lsten to three hundred year old music and you'll get none of that

That's not true. Did it release in the same decade as top 100 slop? Is it in a genre that has some recent relation to the genre of top 100 slop? I guarentee it has more in common with top 100 slop than anything I listen to.
