Alright! i can make a friendly chat! ill make it i guess, ill just ask people if they wanna chat or not

Oh, I'm not sure if that's allowed or not. I doubt it, as it's techincally excluding Scratchers. The better solution would be to have specific phrases that aren't inappropriate in any way that users can choose from.

Note that combining phrases isn't allowed either (ex: taking the phrase “Okay” and “everyone” and allowing the user to join them), but having “Okay everyone” as a default phrase that cannot be combined with anything is okay.

alright ill just make a list of phrases to choose from

Or do something like what I'm doing unfinished ? A trusted admin-based chat without actually being a chat!

I can add someone trusted and/or who I know, e.g. a friend or @medians or @deck26

Admin features:
Adding others replying to posts page deadmin ban unban
Good:
0+ 0+ 0+ 100+ 100+ 200+
You get good points by the community pressing a button below a reply of yours.
Attempts of trying to get admin without being invited result in a ban, either automatic or manual.

also there is no admin chat, and once you reply, nobody else can

You are not allowed free chatting. But you can do it with options to choose from. You'd need to make sure that all of your options were safe and not against the community guidlines. I made one of them if you'd like to check it out:

Not sure how a moderation system would work anyhow. Would it check the username? Or something in a cloud server of sorts?

tbh dude, i don't think that it's even possible to make a social media on scratch. you could learn how to code in html tho
