So I have an Account that’s years old. I’ve been trying to get it back for a year now, but I don’t remember the password. And the E-mail I signed it up with got deleted cause of a troll. I need help.

The best way to try is to reach out to the Scratch Team using Contact Us: https://scratch.mit.edu/contact-us/

However, since you no longer have the email associated with the account, the Scratch Team will probably ask for some further proof that you are indeed the account owner. It would be good to at least know what that email was, or otherwise be prepared for them to ask you questions about your other account.

The email name might still be stored in scratch database, so if you can tell them the name of that email, they may possibly retrieve the password. Otherwise it's not possible to.

ive had a similair issue w/ another game but my acc didnt get deleted but most of the rules still follow youre basically done for if you cant remeber the email or password, maybe you can identify what kind of unshared stuff or things only you and st would know about the account

To make sure and confirm provide your registered age, place you registered in and gender

Not my Account, my Email.

I'm not 100% sure how to get your account back. The first thing would be to recover your email account, but if it's deleted, that might not be possible. Honestly, it might be better to not recover your account. If your email was trolled, the user may have gotten access to your lost scratch account, and it'd be better to leave it alone.

If you really need your account back, you should contact the ST. While you wait for a response, I suggest that you search for any hint of the password. (e.g things you like, secret places/forts, google docs/word documents, ect.)
