Suggestions: Ok, so first, let's talk about the shop experience. The shop's front page is noticeably bland. The code I ordered took longer than asked, but the music was on time. You did not notify me when the order was taken, so I had to ask. It's annoying and anxiety-inducing, especially for impatient people like me. Just say ‘taken" when the order’s being worked on. I'd also suggest working on your English, as it seems a little rough around the edges. As for the front page, I suggest using this design from Badger and Bulba, that I modified with some better English:

To edit the front page, just click edit, then replace the front page with the BBCode up top. Make sure to not copy the “code” and “/code” tags, or it'll look funny.
As for the order quality: Badger's order seems to be flawless, but it could be potentially Google Translate. I doubt it, as you do seem to be fluent in Spanish. (It's my job to look at other's orders) I noticed El_Espanol_Bandido's order is nowhere to be seen. The username is similar, but it was entirely possible to be a coincidence. Then I noticed the customer posted the review form 5 minutes after the order. I have almost no doubt they're an alt of the owner. Delete the customer's review from the front page immediately. That is a sketchy marketing tactic, and should not be done. My 2 orders were music and coding, as I cannot verify if the Spanish translation was Google Translate. Unfortunately, the orders were incorrect. I specified the music to be original, yet it sounded old and pulled from a video or record. The code was a pen day of the dead skull, which ended up being just a sprite. I understand there could be some confusion with pen as in drawn with pen rather than:

pen down

But the skull was just a clipart, and not drawn, so the order was flat-out incorrect, not to mention late. The owner is a new scratcher, which makes me curious if the owner even has any Scratch experience prior to this shop.

With the bland front page, incorrect orders, and sketchy marketing. I unfortunately cannot give this more than a 5/20. But don't take this as an insult. It's an opportunity to grow, and I hope to see this shop amid the top ranks.
