What unicode symbols are only allowed on scratch (read desc)

What unicode symbols are accepted on scratch? Like ones that won't turn into “�”

I'm guessing most unicode characters have glyphs, cuz there's 65536 of them. But not surrogates or private use characters.

All the arrow keys become arrow and I don't know many more than that though, but when making a project if you type and use an emoji, they all work there i think ➡⬅⬆⬇↗↘↙↖↕↔

space is already on there, but for enter you might need to use (removed by moderator - please don't name browser extensions)
