Banned Acc's
My friend's account was recently falsely banned and I don't know what to do! I've been trying my best to communicate with the scratch team to see what I could do to get them back, but I haven't gotten any direct answers. Does anyone know any tips?

If you don't know the context, don't immediently believe “falsely banned”.
Bans are only discussed with the account owner, you cannot do anything other than tell your friend to not only not ban evade if they are using an account while banned, but also to just email appeals@scratch.mit.edu and wait, it'll take awihle due to a lotta tickets.

(#3)Just remember that you cannot appeal for them, only they can for themselves.

Also know that ST is understaffed. this might take awhile. They can, however, use Scratch alternatives, like Snap!

Snap! is very old. Like, it's just Scratch 1.0. And that's no fun!If you don't know the context, don't immediately believe “falsely banned”.

They should just use Scratch 3.0 Offline or just make scratch projects without logging in, and subsequently download the projects made.

ST is very understaffed for a website with 700,000 projects shared a month. If you don't know the context, don't immediately believe “falsely banned”.
