Tips: You have a very unique style of shop that makes it stand out from others; props to you on that. Doing vocals is very interesting; however very few actually want to do it; and there are even fewer that need vocals. Although I do respect that this shop will be closing and a “second version” will be UNCERTAINTY RIDGE; an interesting name. As for the quality of the order it had everything I asked for however when looking at the project the planets aren't in the shape of a sphere. I assume it's something due to pen not being able to create spherical objects; however due to that I still needed to take off points in the quality category. Seeing how you dabbled with the pen function; made all the planets, all under 20 hours is quite remarkable. I've been on Scratch for almost 4 years now and even I don't understand the pen function. Kindness was on key; however since most posts were orders and bumping; there isn't that much information to go off of; leading to some points being taken off. It's clear that there's only 2 workers, and the owner is the most active one; leading to points being deducted here. Finally, the shop's style is decent, but BBCode is a bit overwhelming. There are multiple “sub-banners” found throughout the first page; I like the simple shop banner however.

Overall, you did a pretty good job. However I'd suggest to open your services more to appeal to a bigger audience, and to get more workers. The time to finish the order was quick; and the order was well done excluding the mishap with the planets not being spherical. If pen can make sphere shapes then I suggest experimenting with that more. They should also try to run activity checks, making sure all the shop staff are fully active; however it may not apply as of now since there are only two workers.. Finally, the shop's BBCode should be redesigned, focusing on neatness, and making it more appealing overall.
