There is a cooldown when making a lot of studios anyway, so it’s completely useless on why new scratchers can’t make studios

New scratchers are generally new for a short period of time, usually only 2 weeks.
New scratchers aren't allowed to create studios for a reason, and I believe scratch team has declined most requests.
Also scratchers can only create around 4 studios at a time because of spam issues.

i have more than 3 studios, so no

Why? Just wait 2-4 weeks. They got their studio creation taken away for a reason.

DO I SENSE ANOTHER AESTHETIC ACCOUNT ON FORUMS? YES TWIN that’s true, but for some people it takes months to get scratcher. It took me 2 weeks though. I do agree with your point, if new scratchers could create studios, they could just create random studios that break the guidelines and stuff, and there would be much more abondanded studios then now
