School Computers II

I made this thread for a reason, the original forum post made by CatsUnited is almost reaching 400 pages and is becoming laggy.

So like the other thread, talk about what computers your school has, what you can and can't do with them, what OS it runs, etc.

*~ Rules ~*

- Do not name your school district or location
- Do not name your teachers or other students
- Follow the Scratch Community Guidelines

Regarding School Blocker Overriders (apparently Scratch is VERY strict when it comes to mentioning SBOs)
(thanks to -Rodri for proposing these rules!)

You can't do any of the following:
- Mention you have a SBO
- Teach how to install a SBO
- Show pictures of an SBO
- Mention specific SBO's

but you can:
- Mention SBOs in general talk

My school's blocker is embedded in its wifi. For example, I can access The Disco Floor at home but I can't access it at school.

My school is mostly Chromebooks except for the digital media teacher's room which is all Windows and Macs.

and all my teachers have that giant monitor-podium-thing with windows os on it along with the regular windows computers
they also have imacs in the computer lab
while we have chromebooks
which are still better than mac but come on

CAN USED TO PLAY ROBLOX AND A FEW MORE GAMES (tested by my friends-)

I might be spitballing here, but;
Roblox contains a lot of kid friendly games like Adopt Me or PSX, so any teachers that don't know about roblox would allow it under the pretense that it contains a lot of games that are suitable for all ages. Roblox also contains a lot of “those” games, so
Roblox is mostly kid friendly, but if I have kids in the future I'm not allowing them to play Roblox because most games are just low effort games that shove in game purchases down your throat

I'm talking more about teachers that have kids that play roblox or something. Or they know how to play it as a whole

At my school we all get chromebooks, in the tech room we use our chromebooks but there are like 4 windows pc's that we mess around with at the end of the school year
