How to undelete a sprite?

So, when I was coding, I acidentally delete a sprite! That sprite took a lot of effort. Can someone tell me how to undelete the sprite? Please?

If you haven't exited the editor, then click edit:

The “restore” button will light up.

Until Scratch gets an actually good undo/redo system, you should keep backups
