I don’t believe so, as that would require a complete rewrite of the Scratch VM

Naming a custom blockActually, it's just % in general.define %20does weird things to the editor. Anyone know why this is?

Same thing happened to me!
I named a custom block “%20”, clicked “add a label” and then cancel, and it broke my editor.
