How do you put pictures in forum posts?

Ive seen people who posted comments on forums and the posts had pictures in them. Does anybody know how to put pictures in a forum post? Please help!

How did you do the image link you know the picture and when you click on it, it goes to a link or something like that

When I host my images with imageshack, it still gives me the annoying message “Sorry, you need to host your images with a service like imageshack”. How can I do it?

Hmmm - maybe you can paste the URL you are trying to use here and we can take a look at it? Or, you can try a different service like Tinypic.

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.

The problem is that the site only allows imageshack.us, not imageshack.com (just change the .com to .us in the image URL and it should work).

Upload your image file to an image hosting service like cubeupload.com. It doesn't require an account.
It will put your image on the web and give you an address to it (the URL). If you use cubeupload, copy the first URL it gives you; the direct link.
Then, in your forum post click on the little picture icon up by the font settings and enter that URL. Or, you can just put image tags around it like this:

[img]http://i.cubeupload.com/UrKuhW.png[/img]
```
