There's almost no way you can make a website without singing up for anything. Maybe you should talk to your dad about it and see what he suggests.

It sounds like you're confusing signing up for something and paid for services. There's plenty of free services that require sign-up. You had to sign up to get access to this forum, didn't you?

But please, for the good of all of our eyes and brains, please stop capitalising the first letter of every word. It's painful to read!

I'm a novice (but not horrible) at websites, and I get the names and such. If you mean you need something to build a website, I can't help you there. But I do know that some web service providers give free templates, like Weebly. If you're wanting to host, then there's plenty of free hosts (some even give free domains) that are thankful.
You also know how to use FTP clients (CoreFTP, Filezilla), which is a basic way to make updates to your website.
