I would like to do some little programming with kids at a kids club. They do have a computer, but without internet.
I did not find out how to install adobe air. I only finde an installer in the web. But this will not work.

Does anybody have a tip for me?

The only way to get the offline editor without internet is to download it somewhere else with internet and put it on a USB stick / hard drive.
After all, you are downloading it.
