But pulling is optional… you must click a button to do a pull, it's like GitHub

But pulling is optional… you must click a button to do a pull, it's like GitHubBut does the person who made the remix know that their project is being pulled? Are they notified? Can the original project creator pull any remix of their projects they want without the consent of the people who made them?

What you're implying is that both collaborators will need to give consent, which I discussed the problems of. But honestly, if you don't get 300+ mail each day, you should be fine.~snip~Of course, this is assuming that a famous scratcher will remix the project of a less popular scratcher who is likely very young and inexperienced with their main account.
Not only do famous scratchers rarely have a reason to remix a project made by a less popular, younger, and inexperienced scratcher, most of the time they do these things with their alts.
While this could be a valid problem for everyone else, I don't think famous scratchers have much to worry about.

Can the original project creator pull any remix of their projects they want without the consent of the people who made them? Most likely. On Git/GitHub, people can pull changes from branches and forks and the main repo owner doesn't even have to be notified. It wouldn't really make a difference

They could get a notification like remixing, but the licence allows it anyways. But pulling is optional… you must click a button to do a pull, it's like GitHubBut does the person who made the remix know that their project is being pulled? bump
EDIT: I probably misread something, but what if the project exceeds memory limit? Will you just get a popup telling you that you cannot pull the changes?

There’s only one thing I could think of that could make me not support. This wouldn’t go well with contests. Someone could host a contest, made purely to pull the best entry to their project, and they would get credit for it despite not making anything. And don’t tell me it’s allowed because of Creative Commons. Copying a project and not making anything new to it, even if you give credit, is not allowed. If you find a solution to this, I’ll support. But for now…

But for now…Well, it could check if the project completely replaced your code and not allow pulling in that case. And you can always just remix a project without changing it, just report…

It would try to merge the changes. If you have sprite A and a remix has sprite B, you will have both.Conswhat about if you updated the project after the remix was made and then when u pull the update is gone?

Will the remix get deleted when the original owner has pulled the changes? Because exact copies are against the Guidelines.

snip’d
CON: Someone could make a remix (a) thats really good, then someone else could make a remix (b) thats thumbnail looks like the remix for remix a that has… no code. This could delete og project, so I’d have to make a clone of og project. (Yes ik test the project out 6 year olds don’t exactly do that….)
