A very bad thing that needs to be fixed

When you hold your mouse pointer on the “New Topic” button, it says: "Can't find an answer to your question? Click here to ask it in a new thread," no matter what category (by category I mean like Suggestions is a category) you are in. I recommend changing it according to a category's description as not changing it could cause misconceptions.

They are able to edit the forums freely, theoretically.
However, depending on the change, it may be harder to do different things (e.g. implementing a change to something that the forums don’t have a setting for, so they need to build it from “scratch”)
But for tbis specific case, they could very well remove the tooltip.

Well the forums are powered by DjangoBB. Unfortunately DjangoBB doesn't have much documentation on the internet so it's hard to really know what's possible and what's not but since it's open source they could theoretically change the code that's preventing them from adding this and then add this because it's open source and the entire point of open source software is that it can be improved by contributing to it and that it can be modified freely.

While normally I am one to point out that changing things is harder than people think it is, in this specific case they could change this without massive heavy lifting. It would be more than zero effort, especially since it involves adding a pivot, but would be doable without a major rewrite.
