They don't because it's so irrational and absurd. It's like banning all palindromes because of aibohphobia, or banning long words because of hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia. What if we ban all projects with dogs because of cynophobia?

Phobias don't have to be rational to be traumatizing.

However, the point stands that there are an awful lot of phobias that have been recognized and to try to avoid triggering all of them would be pretty much impossible, I think. Some sort of tagging system that would allow Scratchers to avoid a list of triggers that they would identify might be a useful feature.
