Adding a seperate block might work, however, replacing this block will break many projects, and make things way more complicated

Also, adding constants (like pi) is rejected. That means that the last 3 are also rejected. It used to be on TOLORS but it got removed for not being suggested often. See here and here (1.9).

The block can be really useful sometimes, especially complicated projects that use date and time. Although it would be really cool if you could swap time zones e.g. UTC (days since 2000's normal time zone that is not a time zone) to EST or NST.

Like the forever if loop/pen shade/color blocks, it could just be left alone or be converted to:

(days since month: (1) day: (1) year: (2000) ::sensing)

There is a very rare use case I guess like finding peoples profiles which is a complex thing to do.
